However, most prepackaged trail mixes have tons of sugar, syrups, and processed ingredients, which can compromise the nutrition. So, what’s your alternative? Make your own! Our Superfood Trail Mix contains a nourishing blend of nuts and super-foods that will provide you with a natural energy boost.

Superfood Trail Mix

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins or dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup dried banana or apple chips
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cranberries
  • 1/3 cup dried coconut shreds
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup black mulberries

Preparation

Spread almonds in a single layer in shallow pan. Place in cold oven; toast at 350 degrees, 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted. Toss with remaining ingredients until well mixed.
