Cucumber & Pear Detox Juice

Sunday. Our day to reset and plan for the week ahead. Whether it’s hiking, catching up on sleep, or simply running errands, we all have a unique way of how we spend the final day of the weekend. Sundays are also very important days to be kind to your body. The start of a great week not only depends on our intention setting, but also on what we put into our body. With that said, take a sip of our Cucumber & Pear Detox Juice: 

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 pears, washed and halved
  • 200g kale
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 2 ice cubes

Preparation 

1) Put the cucumber and pear through the juicer.

2) Pour this juice into a blender and add the kale, wheatgrass powder, mint, and ice. Blend until smooth. Add a little turmeric and lemon juice to taste!
